Communication (In-person & Virtual)​
Communication remains at the heart of effective leadership. Whether leading teams in face-to-face meetings or virtual conferences, participants will learn how to optimize their communication style to drive engagement, foster collaboration, and ensure their message resonates with diverse audiences. Participants will leave equipped to influence and inspire in any communication environment.

Learn how to use tone, body language, and eye contact to enhance message delivery

Learn​ digital cues such as screen presence, voice modulation, and virtual body language for virtual interactions

Learn how to use storytelling and strategic messaging to inspire and motivate others

Learn to effectively lead video conferences, webinars, and remote presentations with clarity and confidence

Introduction, online assessment, and Individual Skill Development Plan (ISDP). Participants revisit and update their ISDPs based on performance assessments, feedback from coaches, and self-evaluation after each skill module.

Virtual Coaching
2 virtual one-on-one sessions with an accredited leadership coach between training sessions to guide skill development.

Individual Pre-Assessment
At the end of the training participants will be able to:

Practice active listening and empathetic communication skills

Identify personal communication strengths and weaknesses

Master communication skills in virtual environments, including utilizing technology effectively and adapting to different platforms

Craft clear, persuasive, and concise messages tailored to different audiences and stakeholders

Value Added​
Each training is designed to build toward this point, as we prioritize helping participants put newly learned skills into practice. Participants are encouraged to share their ISDP with their supervisor or HR manager for performance evaluations and additional professional development.

Impact Report
Upon completion of the training, data from surveys and interviews are collected to measure participant learning, behavior change, and implementation of the skills learned. An impact report is presented to the supervisor and HR manager within a month after the training.
