Program Component
Introduction, online assessment, and Individual Skill Development Plan (ISDP). Participants revisit and update their ISDPs based on performance assessments, feedback from coaches, and self-evaluation after each skill module.

Virtual Coaching
2 virtual one-on-one sessions with an accredited leadership coach between training sessions to guide skill development.

Individual Pre-Assessment
At the end of the training participants will be able to:
Develop and articulate a stronger personal leadership brand
Improve their ability to identify and leverage unique strengths
Demonstrate confidence to navigate challenging situations and advocate for themselves and others
Lead with reduced imposter syndrome, self-doubt, and hesitation
Value Added​
Each training is designed to build toward this point, as we prioritize helping participants put newly learned skills into practice. Participants are encouraged to share their ISDP with their supervisor or HR manager for performance evaluations and additional professional development.

Impact Report
Upon completion of the training, data from surveys and interviews are collected to measure participant learning, behavior change, and implementation of the skills learned. An impact report is presented to the supervisor and HR manager within a month after the training.
