Building Confidence​

 

Combining self-reflection, actionable strategies, and group collaboration, this training empowers women leaders to confidently navigate organizational challenges, advocate for themselves and others, and lead with purpose and conviction.

​

Training objectives:​

  • “I Am A Leader”- Learn how to reinforce your identity as a leader

  • Learn your leadership style

  • Learn techniques to enhance leadership presence

  • Learn to keep a record of your accomplishments and use them to reinforce your capabilities

  • Learn strategies for mental resilience to handle setbacks, criticism, and rejection

Base Price: $4,800

A condensed half-day training option is available upon request.

Program Component

Introduction, online assessment, and Individual Skill Development Plan (ISDP). Participants revisit and update their ISDPs based on performance assessments, feedback from coaches, and self-evaluation after each skill module.

On-site Training

4 weekly on-site group training sessions, each lasting 1 hour.

Virtual Coaching

2 virtual one-on-one sessions with an accredited leadership coach between training sessions to guide skill development.

Value Added​

 

Each training is designed to build toward this point, as we prioritize helping participants put newly learned skills into practice. Participants are encouraged to share their ISDP with their supervisor or HR manager for performance evaluations and additional professional development.

Impact Report

 

Upon completion of the training, data from surveys and interviews are collected to measure participant learning, behavior change, and implementation of the skills learned.  An impact report is presented to the supervisor and HR manager within a month after the training.
